Requests for a refund or schedule change must be submitted at least 14 days before program start.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and credited via the original method of purchase.
Schedule changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees to cover adjustments.
If a program is marked non-refundable at booking due to special pricing or third-party arrangements, no refund is offered. This policy ensures staff allocation and facility preparation.

Prior to first access, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
